Gráinne is a seasoned financial professional with over a decade of progressive experience across financial services, project accounting, property development, and commercial estimation. As a Chartered Accountant (ACA), Gráinne combines deep financial expertise with practical precontract knowledge, supporting clients and project teams in achieving commercially sound and successful project outcomes.

Throughout her career, Gráinne has worked with respected organisations including EY, Savills, Hesperia, and Aurora Project Group. Her hands-on experience in preparing tender submissions, cost forecasts, and managing complex financial operations across commercial, industrial, and community-based projects positions her as a strategic asset in driving precontract excellence and financial stewardship.Her leadership, collaborative approach, and process improvement mindset make her a valuable member to PBS and its clients across Western Australia.
