Emmett is owner and director of PBS. He is a dedicated Chartered Construction Manager with strong knowledge, skills and passion for the construction industry. Emmett has worked in construction for over 15 years, delivering a wide range of projects from inception, design, through to practical completion and handover. He has spent the last 3 and a half years working directly for PTA as Delivery Manager on the Bellevue Depot Railcar procurement project, carrying out key delivery and contract management duties as well as perform the role of Superintendent / Principal’s Representative on the majority of the works. Emmett is currently on the MRWA panel as a Senior Claims and Disputes Resolution Expert, a Forensic Program Analyst and a Superintendent for Western Power.

He provided essential project management and commercial services and advice as well as manage key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Previously, Emmett worked for both the contractor and clients across many sectors, including commercial, infrastructure and renewable. He has provided services to many blue-chip clients, including Tesla, Facebook and government agencies.
