Caolan qualified in 2020 with an Honours Degree in Construction Engineering and Management. He has 5 year’s experience in the industry and has worked across multiple sectors including commercial, residential as well as the maritime. His most notable projects include large residential developments and multiple luxury cruise ship fitouts.

Caolan is a hardworking and an effective project manager and is commended by past clients for his ability to deliver projects on time and to a high level of quality. He contributes strongly to the team, adding value to client’s projects, bringing hard work, a positive problem solving can do attitude and efficiency anywhere he goes.
