North West Regional College Derry

One of PBS’s team members served as Contracts Manager on the North West Regional College project in Derry, providing oversight across construction and refurbishment activities on the campus. Their responsibilities included managing subcontractors, coordinating programme works, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with the client. The project was delivered under tight operational constraints and supported the College’s objectives to modernise and enhance its learning facilities.
