Iron Bridge Training Facility

PBS was engaged to deliver full project management services for the construction of the Iron Bridge Training Facility ($8.6m), supporting one of Western Australia’s key operational mining hubs. The project required the coordination of multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure the facility was delivered to specification, safely, and within the required timeframes.

The scope of works included the completion of all bulk earthworks and inground services, forming the foundation for a fit-for-purpose training environment. PBS managed the procurement, supply and installation of modular training buildings, ensuring seamless integration with the site’s operational requirements.

Our team oversaw the delivery of comprehensive mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, along with all civil components, concrete works, and associated external infrastructure, including carparking and access arrangements.

Through disciplined project controls, proactive contractor management and a strong focus on safety and quality, PBS successfully delivered a modern training facility that supports workforce development and site readiness for Iron Bridge operations.
