This luxury 16 story 36 apartment building was completed in 2018. One of our members were fortunate enough to have worked on this prestigious building providing commercial and program advice to the principal contractor. Despite the constraints working deep into the city centre, logistical issues were overcome to ensure this highly successful project was completed to a high degree of quality.
